The goal of RV maintenance is to catch small problems before they cut a trip short. Our RV annual maintenance is one yearly service visit for a travel trailer, fifth wheel, motorhome or camper. It covers fluid checks, filter replacements, a tire inspection, roof and seal checks and the appliances and systems.
We do the work where your RV sits: an RV park, a campground, a storage lot or your driveway. You can also bring it to our San Marcos shop. The visit is part of our mobile RV repair in San Marcos and the towns around it.
Tell us about your RV, what is wrong and where it is parked. We diagnose the problem and put the repair quote in writing.
The visit covers the parts of an RV that wear with time and miles. We check the fluids and replace the filters that are due. The tire inspection looks for worn tread and cracks in the sidewalls.
On the roof, we check the seals along the seams and around each vent and fixture. Sealant that has dried and cracked lets rain into the roof and walls. If a seal has failed, we quote the fix in writing as RV roof repair.
Inside, we run the air conditioner and the refrigerator. We check the water heater and the propane system, along with the 12-volt and 120-volt systems. Anything that needs repair gets explained, and the quote for it goes in writing.
Hill Country heat is hard on an RV. By federal weather records, San Marcos averages about 117 days a year at 90 degrees or hotter. About 19 of them fall in September, so a spring visit checks the air conditioner before the long run. A failing unit is a job for RV AC repair.
Sun and heat age roof sealant, even on an RV that sits all year in a storage lot. Spring and fall storms can bring hail too. A roof and seal check after a hailstorm finds the damage before the next rain does.
San Marcos averages about 20 freezing nights a year. In a typical year, the first one comes near the end of November. A fall visit checks the furnace and the propane system before then. A furnace that will not light is a job for RV furnace repair.
We come to the RV wherever it is parked within about 50 miles of San Marcos. That reaches the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio and the Hill Country to the west. Past 50 miles, the trip fee varies. The full list of towns sits on our service area page.
Full-time RVers in the area's RV parks use every system every day. A weekend camper may sit in a storage lot for weeks between trips. Hard use wears an RV down, and so does a long summer parked in the sun.
Some owners would rather drop the RV off. Our San Marcos shop takes it in for the same visit. Call or text (512) 850-7257 to set it up either way.

After the diagnosis, we put the quote for the repair in writing. The repair goes on the schedule once you say yes.
When the repair needs parts, we order them. Once the parts arrive, we set a time to make the repair.
We make the repair where the RV sits, or at our shop if you brought it in. On RV warranty and insurance repairs, the work starts once the claim is approved.

Josh replaced the a/c and heater control board in my travel trailer he did an awesome job I highly recommend him
We discovered just 4 days before our Thanksgiving trip that our RV slide-out wasn’t working. We contacted Josh, and he came out the very same day to diagnose the issue. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and managed to get everything repaired in time for our trip. Josh was professional, efficient, and highly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. His pricing is very reasonable, and we truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure we were able to leave on time. Highly recommend his RV repair services!
Josh and his team are amazing. He replaced my roof on my wildcat 5th wheel. And once it rained he returned twice to assess any leaks and concerns. He’s my repair guy now! Thank you Josh!!!!
